A huge thank you to Treston and his team at Raywhite. He really helped and supported us through a pivotal moment in my parents life, selling our family home of over 40 years. That care, advice and professionalism gave a wonderful result. Would highly recommend if you are thinking of selling!

Despite Jake and his partner only weeks from the birth of his first daughter Polly, Jake couldn’t have been more attentive to the challenge of selling our house. His estimate of the value was spot on, he gave liberally of his time and kept us informed of progress and issues. Just before the house went to auction his last words to me were “You’ve done your job (inspections etc), now I’ll do mine” - he certainly did. The auction price was competitive even in Canberra’s uncertain market. Both Sue and I were very nervous but he continued to reassure us with his confident demeanour.

Phyllis is an experienced agent who knows the local market very well. She is professional and is willing to answer any questions you may have throughout the marketing and selling campaigns. I could not recommend a more highly knowledgeable and competent agent for any of your local real estate needs.

We cannot speak highly enough of the professionalism of Treston and his team at Ray White. We canvassed a couple of agents before deciding on Treston and decided on him for a number of reasons ;- 1. The initial consult was extremely profession both in the presentation and his manner. 2. The proposal was tailored to our property and not generic. 3. The reporting back processes outlined of the prospective buyers was first rate and was the real clincher. Having decided to go with Treston we were not let down at any stage. Communication was never an issue and that was really important to us as the property was in Canberra and we are in Tweed Heads. Nothing was ever too difficult and we were kept in the loop for the whole time. Treston answered all of my questions and was particularly helpful in setting the reserve. Bottom line - We achieved a great result in today's market and have no hesitation in recommending Treston and his team. We consider him in high esteem and consider him more than our agent.

I have known Phyllis for a number of years through houses she has sold for other people, and was always impressed with her professional and honest approach. She was my first choice when it came time to list my house, and from first contact to the successful sale the service was superb. Phyllis goes the extra mile to follow up open house attendees and provide additional visits if required. She was never pushy but provided honest advice as to the best process for us to follow. It was a stressful time for us but made less so by Phyllis' support and expert knowledge of Cook and the industry. She was always available by phone, text or email and responded promptly to queries, as well as providing comprehensive reports each week. She, her husband Rod and Troy made a great team at the successful auction. I have no hesitation in recommending Phyllis to anyone looking at buying or selling a house, particularly in the 2614 area.

Jake helped make our first purchase a lot smoother and simpler that it was. Although we were first home buyers he didn’t treat us like idiots but also helped educate us. Highly recommended from us. Thanks Jake
