Sebastian Gutierrez with Ray White Real Estate was very professional and hard working during the process of selling our house. He gave us good advice on how best to present the house and he advertised the house in the best way to encourage many prospective buyers to view it. He arranged many open house inspections and reported regularly to us on the comments of prospective buyers. He also arranged a building report and gave us a copy. After the auction he was able to increase the offer of the highest bidder and obtain the best possible price on the day.
