Peter Walker went WAY above and beyond in order to help with the sale of my parents' family home. Nothing was too much trouble and his approach to my 86 year old Dad was both friendly and respectful. A very challenging process was simplified to the point where Dad felt it was all pretty easy which is testament to Peter's ability and kindness. While Alex was working for the vendor, as a buyer I found her to be very responsive and knowledgeable throughout the overall process, both pre and post auction. Alex was always available to talk and would always respond to messages promptly. Buying a house is not a fun experience as you are essentially going through the process in an unsupported manner (as compared to the seller) but this was not an issue with Alex as she consistently worked towards an efficient closing for both parties. Would happily engage Alex if I ever find myself selling the property just purchased.
