Jake, and Dominika, met with us at our home and took the time to answer our questions and provide honest thoughts about our property. He clearly explained the selling process, provided us with objective comparison data and his reasons for recommending we go to auction. Phylliss did us proud and sold my mothers house for more than we expected.
