Jake is the agent you want in your corner when you're selling. He has knowledge of the local market, and sales figures to back this up. In my experience his sales approach was persuasive but not forceful, which is a real asset to hook prospective buyers. He presents professionally, yet still has a casual style that makes him easy to deal with. His agent's fee was reasonable and marketing strategy worked well. I had several suitable offers at the first inspection. The only hiccup in my sale was that the first buyer fell through, which took many weeks to resolve. I eventually found out through my solicitor, which was then confirmed by Jake. This communication breakdown was not ideal, however nobody is perfect, and Jake quickly found another buyer who made a very similar offer. All things considered I was happy with the outcome and pleased with Jake's services.

He gave good advice on what to do to get our home ready for sale, kept us well-informed through the time that the house was on exhibition, and importantly, when some (minor) problems arose, he acted quickly and professionally to resolve them.
