Averil spoke to me as if I was an inferior. Inappropriate and unprofessional. I don't recommend her.

We are happy with service
Burleigh Property Sales have managed our rental property for many years and we have been more than happy with the service that Averil and her team provide. Recently we found ourselves in a situation where work was required on our apartment during a vacancy but it was difficult with short notice to get trades people to do work before Christmas. The Averil magic removed that problem.

Worst agency ever
Spam tenants with complaints regarding other tenants. Never fixed any of the issues in the house. Waiting since move in to get things fixed in the house that are required to live in this apartment. Never gave us a meter reading to connect electricity. Rude communication. Worst experience with this agency!
