The Best Agency in Burleigh
I have been using Burleigh Property for the past 5 years, if there is a problem it is resolved promptly using experienced handymen ,they always return phone / emails promptly. I have never had a problem with my tenants , probably due to the vetting that Avy does in selecting the tenants

Lovely people!
We loved the property and found the ladies very lovely! Super stoked we got the house The only concern we have: there was other tenants living in a top unit as well as occupying one of the 3 carspaces of the property. It felt like it was fine print that could have been mentioned to us upon offer of the property, and although it was written there, could have been mentioned in a conversation just to reiterate for us. We were told it was discussed at the inspection, although with 30+ people looking at the house at the same time as us, it wasn’t normal circumstances where we hung around for group announcements. We are concerned with our parking spaces and if we might inconvience the current tenants with our cars being parked behind theirs This is the only feedback we have, that more detail could have been provided in both the RealEstate ad and then the follow up, before the lease was signed :) Thank you!

Simply Fabulous
In these tricky times I was really anxious about putting my lovely renovated unit on the rental market. Avey and Kiara had it listed the same afternoon we met, and the next morning already had 6 enquires! It was rented and the tenants moved in within 10 days!
