Excellent Agent
From our first meeting, to listing our property and renting Avy has been absolutely professional. She advised the rent we should receive and that she felt we would have a tenant within 2 weeks. Which we did. Her getting the job done, no nonsense attitude dealing with tenants, and keeping us “in the loop” is very refreshing. We feel our property is in great hands and would highly recommend listing with Avy.
