Our property sold at auction and achieved the reserve price. It took just under 4 weeks to auction day from listing the property for sale. Prior to listing, Nathan advised us on which renovations to do to maximise the sale price and recommended tradesmen known to him. Due to good planning/ scheduling, the renovation and styling was completed in just over a week.
