This was a very emotional sale as it was the sale of our parents home, this had been the family home for 50 years, Nathan was extremely understanding of our emotional attachment to the home and was very gentle with his approach to the sale. Nathan was excellent with his communication and we never felt as though we didn't know what was happening, when the market had a shift he was quick to inform us and advised us on what we should do in regards to taking an offer before going to auction, we feel that this was definitely the best advice and if we hadn't have taken his expert advice it would have possibly lost us a considerable amount of money. Nathan was always happy and friendly and ready to answer any questions that arose.
