Matt is a great agent, positive, professional, enthusiastic and hardworking.
After the inspection, we actually had expressed that we would give up this property. However, Matt has never been giving up. He trys really hard to communicate and negotiate between us and the seller. He showed his expertise in this field and finally helped us seized the chance. Thank you Matt.

Professional and Excellent agent.
Nathan is a great agent who consistently provides us help. During the inspection period, we have asked for 3 different contracts on different days, and he is very approachable and always happy to reply to my email or answer my call any time. He is open, transparent, and reliable throughout the whole process and It has been a very good experience for us. Definitely recommend Nathan for any property sale or purchase.

Fantastic result during lockdown
Nathan sold our investment property during lockdown 2.0 in Sydney where only 1:1 inspections could take place. Very challenging conditions for real estate. He achieved a great result with only two weeks on the market! Couldn’t be happier with Nathan and Nicola and the team at Ray White Carlingford.

Very accomodating and hard working.
Matt is a good negotiator and he does it with respect and a timely manner, he followed up and corresponded with me as a buyer and with the vendor rapidly. He closed the deal late on a saturday night with the right amount of pressure, he did it professionally. Matt made me realise that he valued his time and took his job seriously, it was a great service, I am sure his vendors were pleased with him.
