Great Agency and very helpful
We have had many experiences with many different rental agencies through the past few years. Joanna tops them all by a mile. She treated us like we were people, not numbers. She was so genuine and kind. She was very knowledgeable and informative but never in a way that way belittling or dismissive like so many other real estate rental agents are. She is SO on top of things. I really can't rate her highly enough. Actually Ray White in general was pretty amazing. At the rental viewing, the woman there was patient and polite. She didn't treat us like we were an inconvenience (like we are usually treated when going to rental viewings, they try to shoo you out before you even get a chance to do a full walk through!). I'm so pleased with their service and especially pleased with Joanna. Thank you Joanna for being so good at your job and so good at being a good person. Wish you all the best!!!

Great Agency!
Awesome experience. Thanks a lot for John's quick feedback and kind assistance. We submitted the application on Saturday and got the results on Monday. Highly recommend for the people who want to find an ideal property in Carnegie.
