Attentive and genuine agent
Working with Paul to sell our house was a wonderful experience. He offered us worthwhile advice for our renovations to ensure that our property was in the best condition possible for sale. His communication after each open home was exceptional and we went into our auction feeling comfortable, well informed and relaxed. Outstanding Passion, Service and Integrity
Let's face it. Selling a home is stressful and emotional. And when I faced doing so on my own I was afraid that it would all get a bit much. Naturally my number one priority was to get a good price, but I also wanted to enjoy the process. So I needed an agent who could be a true partner throughout. I observed various real estate agents in action during open homes and auctions. When I came across Paul Conti and his team, I immediately noticed very good team work and sensed a high level of care. Throughout the whole process, even before signing an agency agreement, Paul provided outstanding service. He made recommendations on how to best prepare the property for sale and put me in touch with building and painting services as well as an interior designer to bring out all the great features my property had to offer. Fantastic hard working agent!
Joel is a fantastic agent who worked hard to get the best price possible. Communication was great and kept me informed of market conditions and progress, while being very approachable and friendly. The best part about choosing Joel and Ray White was the extra lengths he went to secure the best price for me while always being upfront and honest throughout the whole process. I would recommend him to my friends or anybody buying or selling a property in the north west.

Paul works really hard for the sale
Paul is a strategic agent, has a plan in his mind, shares and gets your buy into his plan and executes perfectly. He is reliable, always willing and available to talk, and to spend plenty of time with you so you know exactly where the sale is at, even when he has back to back appointments, late into the evenings.
