I've not always had the best experience with property managers and was reluctant to contact Ray White. However, I've been totally blown away. Anna meet me in person straight away and organised everything seamlessly. The team she was professional, thoughtful and communicative - values which are important to me. I couldn't recommend the team at Ray White Cheltenham enough!

We approached Ray White and first spoke with Anna. What a wonderful and professional person. She laid out all the information needed, negotiationed a great deal (which out did the competition) and left us feeling happy choosing Ray White. After this, the organisation of photos and marketing by Paulina was almost instant and within the week we had a showing. The process of getting tenants took around 3 weeks, which is a great outcome. After we got the "Congratulations you have tenants" Tara, the property manager, contacted us and went straight into making sure everything was sorted for us and the tenant. It was simple, effortless even. Just wow, not a single bad review at all for the team, just all ticks!

I have recently applied for a rental property through Ray White Cheltenham. Yeah!!!! I got it. The whole process was very simple and pain free because of there professionalism. Once in the property there was a plumbing issue to which I contacted the On Call Emergency number on the Sunday. Again this was handled very quickly and pain free. I would HIGHLY recommend Ray White Cheltenham. I've only been dealing with then for a couple of months but have found them to be extremely professional .
