Dealing with the staff was quite good. They responded well to my emails and communicated well regarding my new rental property. It was disappointing to move in and find the unit was poorly maintained and left with a lot of cleaning to do to get to a reasonable standard. Just because it is an older unit it should not mean it is left dirty for the new tenant. I had just spent hours thoroughly cleaning my previous place and have come to my new place to find myself doing the same instead of getting myself organised with my belongings. The standard set by Ray White on this occasion is quite low and needs to improve.

When our tenants left we were told the unit was clean & tidy (with photos) and everything working in good condition. Now, two weeks later new tenants have moved in and identified a hot water tap that needs pliers to be turned on and a garage remote that doesn't function even with new batteries. We are seriously thinking of changing estate agents.
