While the personal at Ray White were personable and professional, the online application to rent insists on a large amount of personal information and uses overseas operators to check references. This implies that my very personal information is available online to these operators and I have no control of who has access to it. This approach should be reviewed.

Damien has been helpful and understanding since the first day he came to inspect our property, 54 Mulberry Ave, Cheltenham, VIC 3192. And he successfully helped us leasing the property out in just 2 weeks' time. When I expressed my concerns about the drain in my shower and promise to provide a bag of hair strainer to the tenant every 6 months, he was very understanding and frankly told me he doubted the tenant would be as responsible as the landlord. However, he still promised he would help reminding the tenant about that, which is very comforting as currently I am living overseas, far away from my property. Not having rented for over 30 years was a bit daunting. Going through Ray White in Cheltenham took the stress and guess work out of the whole process. They offered extremely helpful information and explained the processes very well. The offer of services for utilities etc were offered which was invaluable.
