I have recently gone through the rental process with Ray White Cheltenham, as a Landlord, and found their team and level of service to be exceptional. Ray White have a great process which needs minimal effort from a Landlords perspective. A special thank you to Chris Poole who kept me well informed throughout the process, and offered advice for the best way forward. Thanks Chris & Team.

We applied for property and found Ray White staff to be most helpful. Indiana and Elizabeth were very easy to liaise with and communicated well with us with what was needed for our renal application. Once successful they continue to be very helpful and have attended very promptly to a few small items requiring attention at the property. I would not hesitate in recommending others to look for rentals through their office - well done ladies

Working with the team at Ray White Cheltenham has been personable, smooth and efficient! I had tight timeframes and hoped to have my apartment leased within one week - and they did it with ease! Marketing campaign was professional and on-point, initial sales services and communications with Damien Sienkiewicz were calming, always friendly and speedy, and ongoing support from Mikaela Duffey has always been prompt and helpful. Would recommend.

Ray White Cheltenham is the best real estate agent that I have dealt with. From the very first phone call, they stood apart from all the others. My first contact was with Damien and I felt 100% confidant that he and the team would do the right thing by me and for me. I cannot express just how professional every single person is and I will never again look for another agent. If you want an honest, trustworthy and professional team of people to help, guide and assist you with any of your real estate concerns, do yourself a favour and call them.
