Genevieve was fantastic to work with and got amazing results. She was always available to us, to advise and provide updates on how the campaign was going. So much work was done by her after work hours, due to our availability, that her dedication and professionalism really shone through and are beyond comparison. At all times she provided great advice and was timely. She had our best interests in mind and I would not hesitate to employ her services if I was ever selling in the area again.

When looking for an agent to list our house with ,we met with 3 different ones once Dylan left and we closed the front door I knew he was the one for us , he listened, gave us great advice, and pointers on ways to maximise the price. Dylan and his team throughout the campaign kept us fully informed along the way and got us a fantastic price on auction day.

Kevin and his team had a unique ability to make you feel like the house you are selling is the only one on their books. The information is consistent and gives you a fabulous piece of mind that everything is under control, which it was. Kevin and his team provided us the best advice in what ultimately resulted in the best result when selling our place, to which we are extremely grateful

Gen was amazing during our 5 week campaign. Her attention to detail was second to none, she treated my house like her own, she really knew the market and was always responsive to our needs, calls and messages. She provided great advice but most importantly listened to us. I would definitely recommend Gen in selling your property.

I have purchased from Kevin this month and the experience was fantastic! Kevin was easy to communicate with, professional in his approach and really made me feel important in what is a very emotional time for me. Kevin made time to take me through a property at a time that was suitable for me and ensured all my questions were answered. This has led to me now buying the perfect home for me. I highly recommend him to anyone wanting to sell and buy. 100/100!

Genevieve is bright eyed and energetic, full of enthusiasm for her work. Our property, a unit in a retirement village suited a specific market. She read the market well calling on sales data for the area and similar properties. Genevieve's negotiation skills between seller and buyer were brilliant. The selling price was excellent. She was prompt to relay information regarding inspections and buyer interest. Her follow up was relentless. Nothing ever seemed too much trouble. We found Genevieve to be the perfect choice to sell our property and were pleased that our thorough research of agents in the area had led us to Genevieve at Ray White.

From afar, Angela has a reputation as being a local rockstar. We were happy to see she was every bit a rockstar from close up. She and her team were great to deal with - genuine, incredible communicators, highly professional every step of the way, her knowledge of the market and auctioneering skills were spot on. It was an emotional sale for us and she showed us we could rely on her. She wasn't pushy at all and she achieved an amazing result for us. We couldn't recommend her any more highly.

After a competitive selection process, why I chose Kevin was for his energy, passion and commitment to getting me the best result possible and for his use of digital marketing techniques to reach the broadest audience possible. He did not disappoint! Kevin and his team were diligent, responsive and thorough in preparing me for the sale with great tips and advice for maximising my chance of a successful sale. Nothing was too much trouble and texts were answered often late at night. Despite challenging weather on auction day, they did an excellent job and we sold in excess of the reserve. The follow up post sale was also exemplary. Kevin, Mikaela, Elisa and the whole team are a professional unit - no hesitation in using them again. A big thankyou to you all!
