Working with Angela and Vanessa has been a pleasure, both very professional while also being personable. They took care to ensure information was provided accurately and promptly. Their knowledge of the local market was tremendous for us to evaluate options. I would lean on them for future support.

It has been a pleasure to work with Kevin and his team. Great communications through whatsapp enabling quick feedback between the agent and the vendor. Congratulations on putting together a hard working and dilligent team.

Kevin's youth and IT skills bring energy and up to date technology to the process of marketing and selling. We worked with Kevin (and his team) on a short campaign to auction the family home. Good communication was essential, as preparations were made for inspections, and then throughout the selling process with feedback from potential buyers, so that we could hone in on a reserve price. Kevin is not afraid of thinking outside the box setting him apart from some in the business. Would we partner with Kevin (and his team) again? Most certainly.

We recently had our first home purchase, which indeed is a special experience for any first home owners and Raywhite, especially Kevin just nailed the whole end to end experience. He not only helped us during the journey but he has been a great after Sales person as well to help us sort our queries out with such quick TAT. Made us feel at home experience, definitely a go to person and team for anyone looking out for their home !

We have nothing but the best to say about Kevin Chokshi and his team at Ray White in Cheltenham! Throughout the entire sale, Kevin displayed fantastic communication and high attention to detail. He ensured that the process of selling was effortless and kept us up to date throughout the entire campaign. Kevin's superior knowledge of the market and complete professionalism led to an amazing sale outcome. We couldn't be happier and would most definitely recommend Kevin and his team to anyone selling their home!

We approached Kevin because of his knowledge of the area, didn't expect to sign up with him on same day but we did, that showed how well he presented himself and talked through in detail the process in which he would market and sell our place. Throughout the campaign, Kevin, Elise and wider team kept us up to date on progress, was always available to answer any of our questions. The day before the auction Kevin went through step by step how the auction would go which was great to help us prepare for the day. He even got our dog a new bowl with her name engraved which was a nice touch and appreciated. Day of the auction Kevin and team did a marvelous job, they knew we were nervous but seeing them and talking to them reassured us. In the end, we got the price we were really hoping for (best case scenario). The team delivered and we couldn't be more happy! If we were ever to sell again in future, we would take on Kevin again even if it's outside his area.

Angela is a highly professional agent who easily established trust and confidence, from providing very detailed advice during the pre-sale period and step-by-step through the selling stages. Her attention to detail was meticulous as was her understanding of potential buyers. I was very happy with the way my property was represented in the market and the price that was achieved.
