We spent a lot of time researching agents prior to selecting the Kevin Chokshi team at Ray White Cheltenham to auction our property. Kevin and his team exceeded our expectations throughout the entire sales process. If professionalism, attention to detail, knowledge of the Cheltenham market and great marketing skills are important to you then I highly recommend that you consider Kevin Chokshi and Ray White Cheltenham to sell your home.

After a significant amount of research and having experienced their level of service when buying our new house, we put our trust in Kevin to sell our current property and couldn't be happier! Kevin and his team did an amazing job from start to finish. The weekly vendor reports in particular were a standout, as they gave us an indication of what the buyers were thinking (including price range). The team were in constant communication throughout the campaign, including providing updates after every open for inspection. We were very impressed with Kevin's skills on auction day, and his ability to clearly communicate the value of our property, as well as manage the bids to extract as much value as possible for us. The cherry on top was one of Kevin's team calling on us on the Sunday after the auction (on what I am sure was her day off) to congratulate us on the sale of the property again. We cannot recommend Kevin and the Ray White Cheltenham team highly enough!

It was a pleasure selling my property with Kevin and Sarah and the Ray White team. Kevin has an in-depth knowledge of the local market and the needs of both vendors and buyers, and takes pride in delivering an outstanding level of attention to detail and client service. Sarah's tireless work behind the scenes brought the right buyers to the house on the day, and Kevin's exceptional auction skills, had us reach an excellent result in a tough market. Highly recommend Kevin and the RW chelt crew - friendly, results -focused team of dedicated real estate professionals.

Kevin and his team did a great job in extracting the maximum potential from our sale. The approach to the campaign was well planned, communicated and managed for a positive outcome. We felt that despite tougher market conditions than we would have liked by auction day our priorities stayed front of mind with Kevin and were met.

Kevin recently sold my family at home of 24 years at 49 Latrobe Street Cheltenham. In simple, I cannot thank Kevin and all his support staff, and team at Ray White for a second to none, exemplary outcome for me. The initial thought of selling the home, was a daunting one, and at no stage, once I met with Kevin, did I feel the slightest bit pushed to make any decision, this gave me great comfort in the process going forward, which in turn led to a fantastic result come sale day. In closing, to Kevin and his Team, thank you so much for your efforts from start to finish, I couldn’t recommend them more highly. Yours Sincerely Geraldine

Was very surprised how well Kevin communicated the process after purchasing the property. Throughout the entire process they have touched base and asked if they could assist in any way. Even met us on site out of hours to allow access to measure up for blinds etc. Made made the sometime daunting experience seem very smooth. Thank you Kevin & Ray White Cheltenham team!
