He knew what buyers are looking for and marketed our property directed to that. We liked the fact that after every inspection, we would receive a call with feedback from buyers and also kept us informed with his strategies of getting buyers through the property. I had never meet Paul before, he was friendly, polite and professional all of which you would hope for, however we lived out of the area and our property was an ex rental in need of a make over. Paul took care of everything, he organised the quote's for us, once they were approved he organised all trades, he kept an eye on and track of all works being done. He acted promptly on everything and kept us well informed through the whole process of the make over and then the sale.
