I am a first home buyer and this process was a new experience for me. I had been to numerous inspections and met many agents in my search for a property, but had never felt quite comfortable with the agents I had met. It was quite overwhelming and daunting. The fast pace of 10 minute inspections, the need to make a life changing decision in a very short timeframe, on top of a crowded market and competition from other buyers - it is a stressful process! However, from the first phone call and enquiring about my soon-to-be property, Mark was extremely welcoming, respectful and polite and has been nothing but exceptional since - both during and after the sale was complete.
