Agent of the year for a reason
I don't even know where to begin. Chaminda has been exceptional and we cannot thank him enough. Rarely you find an agent who excels in all departments - Market knowledge, Communication, Honesty, Humility, Negotiation Skills, Persuasion and Professional work ethics. Chaminda ticks all the boxes. Paul Ringeri is fantastic!

I wish I could give more than 5 stars
From the minute I met Kate, I knew she was the one for us. I never once felt like she was using a "sales pitch" on us. She worked with us through deciding what to fix and change on the house to get the best price, right through to the purchase of our new home through another company. She is extremely hard working, genuine, honest and always had our best interests in mind. Kate went above and beyond anything that was expected of her and actually saved our butts when we nearly made a mistake with the new purchase. I cannot sing her praises enough. I'd also like to mention her 2 assistants, Isabella Vlodar and Monique White. All three share the same high morals and work ethics and together they work like a well oiled machine. Very grateful
We bought our property through Paul and Dwayne and throughout the whole process leading up to the purchase and after signing contracts etc. both Paul and Dwayne have been great to deal with. Only ever a phone call away and always happy to assist with any queries, we have no hesitation in recommending Paul and his team. Prior to this purchase we had only ever dealt with one other agent in the area who had previously sold 3 properties for us.
