He is extremely understanding of everyone’s life situation and what each party are after. Being a shift worker and working varying hours, Paul was so flexible in regard to communicating with both me and my partner. He kept us up to date in various different ways including popping by, calling, leaving voicemails, texting and even starting a WhatsApp group for us all to stay up to date. Paul’s a ripper and I’d buy and sell through him again for sure.

I initially dealt with Mohammad who was extremely helpful and then after seeing Paul at an open he contacted me re an offer I made on this property via Mohammad. He was great, very helpful and informed. He negotiated with the owner on my behalf over a Sat arvo/evening continuing through to the Sunday, & contacted me on the Sunday late arvo to advise my offer was accepted.
