Kate was excellent in the process of purchasing our home , after a few failed attempts Kate kept us notified of property’s and eventually we got one . Can’t thank her enough for her professionalism at her job but also for helping us out we really appreciate it .

Chaminda is an excellent agent who went above and beyond to ensure a sale price exceeding our asking price. The house was only on the market for a couple of days. Chaminda kept us informed throughout the price. I highly recommend Chaminda if you are looking to sell your home. Chaminda, thank you for your work. You have made our dream come true.

This is the 2nd house in the last 6 months that I have sold through Kate and her team and once again she has been amazing throughout the whole process. I would have no hesitation in recommending Kate to family and friends as she makes you feel at ease in a stressful period with her constant communication and calmness. She achieved a great result through her negotiation skills and I couldn't be happier with the result.

We found Paul to be very knowledgeable with the market in our area. He was extremely helpful and supportive as he guided us through the sale of our home.

Never actually talked to or met Paul, we dealt with Dwayne and he rarely answered the phone and was fairly confusing

Can not fault Paul on his communication at all. From start to end day or night has been avaialble to talk to in regards to our sale or settlement which eases our minds. Selling is stressful enough and paul has made it an easy transaction from start to end.

Chaminda is a very approchable agent, who is happy to go out of his way to answer any questions, and to furfill our needs and wants. He was more than happy to be contacted with any queries we had, even after business hours. I felt he treated us on a personal level, and is fair, giving the same respect we gave him. I would have no problems recommended Chaminda to family and friends, as I would be happy knowing they are getting the same treatment we received.
