If you want an agent that is up front, honest and will give you honest market feedback from prospective buyers, not what you want to hear, then Kate is the agent for you. Kate inspected the property and gave me her estimation of its selling price, and guess what that was what it sold for. Sold within 2 weeks of listing and at Kates market valuation. Really that says all that needs to be said. I was kept informed by Kate and her PA Monique of the response from inspections. Excellent communication. Really no stress sale as Kate did what she said she would do when she said she would do it. Her service is terrific. Highly recommend her to prospective vendors.
