I did not feel we had a great service. We had to select our own promotional photos because the selection that was suggested didn't reflect our house well. The large "for sale" board only appeared less than one day before our first open for inspection. Communication was poor and Chamindas colleague was late to the first viewing (he had the promotional house brochures and failed to turn up completely to a private viewing). I felt we were fobbed off with excuses. When we didn't accept the first 2 offers, which were below and at the bottom of our price range, Chaminda seemed to disapprove. My husband and I felt like he wanted a quick easy sale. Following us turning down the offer he also removed our promotional video from his Facebook page (not that it reflected our house well anyway). I would not recommend him to anyone.

When I first met Chaminda it was about 3 months out from when I was looking to sell. I was impressed from the start with professionalism and knowledge of the area and he comes across as honest and genuinely wanting to look after the vendors interest first. After hearing all he had to say I advised him was happy and asked that he respected my decision to sell in a few months rather than straight away as i was still weighing up options on whether to sell or rent. He put me on to his rental agent who was just as professional and not pushy. I also advised him not to call me i would call him and was not looking to shop him around unless he started chasing me for the listing. Approx 3 months later i called him and he dropped everything that evening to come and see me again. He gave advice on best way to present the property and made an appointment then and there for the photographer to come the following weekend to take the photos. During this time he was doing his homework getting potential buyers, after the first open for inspection he had 3 offers and after the 2nd and within 2 weeks of being listed he contacted me with 5 written offers. The offers he presented were excellent. He got me a sale price that I did not think was at all possible. I would certainly recommend Chaminda and his team to anyone looking at selling their property in the Lyndhurst area. If you get half the service from Chaminda I got, you would be more than satisfied - the same service that I received will leave you over the moon. Keep up the good work Chaminda.

Try to communicate at end of settlement and having dealt so make sure the person takes the full handover of keys and customer feels happy . Its like once u recieved all the payment dontbother to hand over keys and leaving at reception to collect.
