A great result I would highly recommend other sellers using Peter Khamis professional skills and knowledge of real state market around Cranbourne, On Peter’s advice we were encouraged to go to Auction. The Result was 40,000 more than private sale would most likely have achieved. He was an excellent listener and communicator and we always felt as if he was motivated to get us the best price he could and that he was going to be doing the hard work to get us the best results possible. Thanks Peter. From the beginning you made yourself available to us and this contact was kept up throughout the entire campaign P.S. Early on Peter got a fellow colleague Jennifer advice. She worked closely with us. She knew the market really well in this area and her advice was spot on.
