Can't rate Paul and his team highly enough. His presentation at our listing meeting was 1st class. Made a lot of promises, and delivered all of them. At no time were we left in any doubt about anything, communication was above and beyond, and all without any of the BS you normally associate with real estate agents. His recommendations about presentation were spot on, and the trades he recommended to help with the work were top class, and very reasonably quoted. And we sold within the 1st week for a great price!

It doesn't matter what you have heard, or what you have been told about estate agents.if you want to sell a house in Lyndhurst,chaminda is the person you want.i have never seen such dedication and professionalism. This man even walks the streets dropping off flyers and talking to people.as far as selling my house goes, we had people coming through all the time.after a month on the market,i suggested to chaminda that maybe we should lower the price. He told us to give it a couple more weeks.the very next sunday,he had 2 potential buyers in his office.buy the end of that day,our house was sold and i got 25-30,000 more than what i was asking. I highly recommend chaminda if you are selling your home in Lyndhurst.

PERSONALLY, I FOUND PAUL TO BE VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE RE THE MARKET. ALSO HE WAS VERY HELPFUL WITH ADVISE REGARDING GETTING THE UNIT READY FOR SALE. WE HAD REGULAR MEETINGS WITH HIM WHERE HE KEPT US UP TO DATE WITH THE CURRENT VIEWINGS AND FEEDBACK FROM PROSPECTIVE BUYERS.
