We have dealt with a lot of agents in the past, both in buying and selling property. One thing that has really disappointed me with a lot of my experiences has been lack of communication. But not this time around. Paul kept me up to date every step of the way, even when there wasn't much to report. His team made regular contact so I was always aware of what was happening with the property. As we didn't live nearby to the property, Paul went out of his way to keep his eye on it for us. He worked tirelessly to get us a fast turnaround. We couldn't have been happier with the service.

Paul very effectively marketed and promoted my property resulting in a sale in one week. He demonstrated that he was an excellent negotiator by achieving the sale price I was looking for. I was kept well informed during the whole process with advice from how to prepare the property for sale, who to market the property to, and, regular updates on interest in the property.
