So after heaps of looking online at listings, and going to numerous inspections and open houses, we found "The One". Previous agents were not attentive to our requirements for our house, our location and availability, or their service to us as customers. The help that Matthew Ringeri gave us from the first contact was exceptional. He helped us organize the inspection, our offer, recommended the conveyance company, and everything else we didn't think of for our first house.
