An agent who goes the extra mile!
Deahnne made our purchase a hassle free experience. Not only did she promptly follow up all our enquiries etc pre settlement but offered a great after purchase service with regard to suggesting tradespeople familiar with the building for any additional work we wanted to do. At all stages of our search for a Kangaroo Point unit we found Deahnne to be diligent, straightforward, enthusiastic and an excellent communicator. Fabulous agent
I have purchased and sold several homes over the years and never before met such a motivated agent. This is the second property Deahnne has sold for us. We were impressed whith her high integrity, clear and ongoing communication. Identifying the market for our properties and advising the appropriate price at which we could expect them to sell. By far Deahnne is the best real estate agent I have ever dealt with! She approaches her role in an extremely professional manner, keeping the vendor fully informed throughout the whole process. Deahnne was also able to secure an additional $30,000 for my apartment when compared to similar properties being sold via another agency in the same building!!
