Charlotte was lovely and friendly from the moment we arrived at the inspection. I asked for application details at the inspection and she sent them through to me straight away. I’d been approved for three other properties over the weekend, but I truly loved this one and followed up to express our interest. Even though I received an auto-reply saying Charlotte was on sick leave, she still personally responded to me that same day to say she’d keep me updated. That really stood out — she didn’t have to reply while unwell, but she did anyway, which says a lot about her professionalism and care. The very next day she called to let me know we’d been accepted — my little family and our beautiful German Shepherd included. The whole process was quick, smooth, and so well communicated. Charlotte sent through everything we needed to secure the home right away. We’re so excited to move in and so grateful to Charlotte for her help. We won’t let them down — they’ve chosen the right tenants.
