Ellie arrived before inspection time to open house and doors. She spoke as she went past and said good afternoon. Answered all my questions with knowledge of the property. One question she double checked to make sure she gave me the correct answer. On leaving said would be in touch with updates as I informed her I was going to apply. True to her word she did and informed application. Ellie was very helpful all the way through the process and gave all the information that I requested.
