Everything we asked for and more
Georgia has been a godsend for us. Initially speaking with Hayley (both have been outstanding) we were hesitant on choosing a real estate company to manage our property and though Ray White Frankston was slightly more in cost than the others I can definitely adhere to the fact that it has been money well spent. Really appreciate Georgia’s support and diligence/thoroughness in the leasing process. Highly recommend

Responsive and reliable
Ray White Frankston has been managing my investment property for six years. During that time, they have found excellent tenants, responded immediately to maintenance requests, and provided detailed inspection reports every six months. The reports have included the current state of the property, and signposted potential future maintenance issues, which has enabled me to budget to maintain the property in a good condition. I appreciate the timely monthly finance reports, and the timely annual finance reports, which helps with tax return submission. I have, and will continue to recommend Ray White to both landlords and tenants. I commend Renee and Jessica for their commitment to customer service.

Great Service, Great People
Having purchased in Frankston a little while ago I then needed to engage with a reputable Real Estate Agency. I called a few businesses and received adequate responses. When I contacted Ray White they immediately put me in touch with the right person. From the get-go the Ray White representative made arrangement to meet with me on site to discuss my goals. They came well prepared and walked with me through my property. We sat down and they provided a well laid out plan with all the requirements clearly presented. They not only told me the wonderful things about my property, but also mentoned those items that required extra attention. They provided clear and reasonable expectations, calling out those items that I needed to be aware of as a Rental Provider. That first meeting was excellent, and they went on to maintain excellent communications between their team and myself. They advised me on how their process worked and who (human level) would be taking care of the next phases. This was very professional and reassuring to me as I was busy juggling many other items. They made the transition very smooth, along with keeping clear and human contact throughout that journey. Very impressed with their service and professional approach matching to my requirements. First Class!
In renovating the property ready for tenancy, Ray White staff have continuously been helpful in all aspects of such over many many months. Each and every communication, either in person at the office or the premises, or via text, email or phone has been first class. They have always been caring, polite, knowledgeable, informative, professional, interested, very helpful, courteous, friendly, respectful and such a joy to interact with. I’m so impressed. Having had seven investment properties for over four decades, I have never had anything near this level of admiration for an Agency’s team. So helpful, knowledgeable (on the market and so on) and a pleasure to interact with. I recommend them highly.
