we got a lease, means we managed to get to the short list to be presented as prospective tenants. so thank you. our interaction with the agency prior to leasing was via internet. very little face to face interaction. since then, software has pretty much run the process. there needs to be more interaction between front desk and software. We submitted condition report manually, and the link between the 2 systems isn't up to snuff. Also, sending out the report as an uneditable / unsignable pdf makes this process harder. Your software assumes that every prospective client has a printer (ok most will) and then a scanner that can scan 30 pages into one document - not so common. Since then, interactions with the property management has been fine. software is also very insistant that everything has something written in it
