Can not recommend Ray White Frankston enough! After struggling with confusing emails and not receiving rent via another agency, Ray White made everything clear and open about what they could get us and how they would do so. The team of Lee - Anne, Melissa and Ivana have been incredible. We are over the moon with how they presented the property, took photos and gave advice on improvements and finally secured us the rental income we asked for. Definitely worth the phone call to discuss how you could be better off.

This is my first experience as a landlord. I was faced with the daunting task of finding a suitable tenant for my property in Seaford. I figured the best place to start was with a good property manager. With Ray White Frankston’s team, namely Hayley Weston, Ivana Stojkovic and Jessica Davidson, I have found a great one. They have looked after everything right from the start and I couldn't feel more confident moving forward into the start of my first lease. The Ray White Frankston were recommended to me, and I happily recommend Hayley and her lovely team to anyone looking for energetic, prompt, conclusive and honest property management. The team has kept the process clear and simple with exceptional communication.

My recent experience searching for a rental property during our on/off lockdowns was definitely made easier by the wonderful team at Ray White Frankston. Many thanks to Ivana for being there to answer my questions (possibly borderline annoying at times), and your great team in general.

Everything has been so straight forward and easy. My calls, emails and queries have been attended to so quickly. Finding a house and moving especially during all these lockdowns is such a stressful time but It has been a pleasure to deal with Ivana and to have the video walk through was extremely helpful. She made finding a property feel easy.

Ivana has been a huge help with our recent move. She was very helpful, courteous and always very professional. I would definitely recommend Ivana to others as well as Ray White as an agency. Well done, Ivana! MH
