I bought a house at auction, and although scary at first, he contacted me every few days to guide me through the process and make me feel at ease. I was far more confident of the day due to this. He sat with me at the auction, and even though he was representing the seller, he made sure that I was comfortable and understood everything that was going on. I had to clarify a few things, and he patiently went over details again.
