Brooke was professional and approachable upon our first meeting. She listened and understood our situation, had great market knowledge on the street and area we were in and encouraged us to pursue the property we loved. During the offer/negotiating process, Brooke was great to communicate with, she let us know what was going on each step of the way. We feel Brooke was honest, genuine and fair to both parties involved. Once successful, Brooke made time for us to see the property again during our 3 day cooling off period.
