The Vendor found Brooke to be knowledgeable regarding the housing environment in the area and willing to explain the nuances of selling a home. Brooke also listened to the vendor's requirements, expectations and thoughts and was firm on 'non-negotiables' such as Marketing and Home Staging. Which proved to be correct in such a challenging housing market. The vendor found that Brooke (and her team) had strong communication skills and were upfront with price expectations as the auction neared. Brooke and her team's persistence in continuous engagement with prospective purchasers enabled the vendor to achieve a good outcome.
