I highly recommend Ash, I knew he would work hard to get us the best results and that's exactly what he did!! It's no wonder he has won so many awards, he went over and above. Even on the actual day of the auction trying to squeeze out every last dollar and keep that competition going between buyers. Have already enlisted his services again 😁

We were extremely impressed with Adam's knowledge of the property market and his communication. My husband and I purchased a property he was selling and his communication with us was very impressive. Adam was very transparent and able to explain the property in very good detail as well as the market in general. He is also very friendly, very approachable and no question we had went unanswered. Highly recommend Adam Price.

Brooke did an excellent job from start to finish. She is a dedicated hard worker and knows the industry well. Brooke was able to get a higher price than we were expecting in the current situation. With inspections cancelled due to COVID-19 and my being keen to sell as soon as possible she gave good advice on which offer to accept, not just financially but taking purchasers conditions into consideration. All extremely helpful advice for a novice vendor.

Adam is a down to earth softly spoken and highly driven professional, attention to detail in what he says and does. Very good communicator, easy to deal with, played a big part in the online auction during lockdown, we highly recommend!

I chose Ashley for his optimism and his straight forward, no clutter sales pitch. He did his homework and during another house open for inspection, he knew a vast number of prospective buyers by face and name, greeting them in an engaging way. My house was sold at the top of the price range after several weeks.

George was extremely hard working, conscientious, knowledgeable, and capable of concisely explaining anything I wasn't clear about. In fact probably the most diligent sales agent I've encountered!

Brooke was fantastic to deal with throughout the purchase process. Nothing was too much trouble, and she did a great job of keeping us up to date with how things were progressing. We have no hesitation in recommending Brooke to others, and look forward to working with her again in the future if we have the opportunity to. Thanks Brooke!

A very big and appreciative thanks for the wonderful job Ash and Jess did in selling the property for an amount far beyond what I could have hoped for. It was handled professionally and they were an absolute pleasure to deal with.

It really was a pleasure to deal with George. The whole process was smooth and so very easy on our behalf, as George was very open and kept in constant communication with us. From the first open house inspection, to having the contracts signed, the process was stress free. George was quick to respond to any emails or texts, and I felt I could contact him about any issue. Dealing with an agent you feel you can trust to look after your interests makes a huge difference.
