Purchasing our first home throughout the COVID lockdowns was very strange, but Adam was very helpful during the initial negotiation (we bought prior to auction) and throughout the final settlements. Hes friendly and communicates openly without overstepping or putting on a hard sell.

Brooke was fantastic in guiding us when selling our first home in a challenging market. All her advice was honest and informed and resulted in us achieving a great result. Even though we were looking for our next home in a different area Brooke connected us with other agents and continued her support. We would highly recommend Brooke to anyone looking to sell or purchase.

Brooke's communication was most consistent from the very first stages of enquiry compared to any other agent I spoke with. She was informative and bubbly throughout the campaign, making the experience that much more positive.

My wife and I recently sold an investment property through George Devic and we were thrilled with the outcome. Yes, as the owner of the business I know that I am biased however I am also very knowledgeable (and critical) of the sales process therefore our expectations of performance and service were probably higher than normal. George generated significant interest in the property, obtained many offers for us to consider and sold the property for a price higher than we were willing to accept. The communication throughout the process was first class - we were always kept in the loop and never had to chase anything up with him. As the Principal of the business I put my trust in George to get a great result and he absolutely thrived under the additional pressure of it being my property and exceeded our expectations. A huge well done and thank you for your hard work. Ash & Bec

He sets the benchmark with his strong knowledge in the industry and is dedicated, committed and takes pride to deliver the service and result we were after. His communication step by step was at the highest standard. If you are after a meticulous agent, I highly recommend George Devic.

We don’t believe we would have achieved the result we did without Brooke.
