We are very lucky to have Ashley to be our selling agent for a recent deal. Ashley was upfront with all the selling techniques and the facts of the market, which not only help us to set the expectation and also has the confidence with the process. Ashley contacted me with all the inspection details every week. Information was very useful for me since we were overseas during the whole selling process. Ashley managed to find us a good buyers and settled the deal in a short period of time. Moreover, we have long term tenants still living in the property. Ashley managed to keep my tenant happy and comfortable with all the inspections and owner changes. I can't recommend Ashley more enough for his excellent work.

Satisfaction
If an agent makes a recommendation and then follows through to deliver the result promised, you can ask for no more. This is my experience with Ashley. The common complaint with Estate Agents is that they over promise and under deliver, this is not my experience with Ashleigh. I would suggest that he is a professional operator and totally committed to his chosen field. Well done.
