We had the pleasure of working with Ashley Weston from Ray White Real Estate , Frankston. Ashley was very enthusiastic, passionate, attentive to our needs and what we were trying to achieve and always professional. We would highly recommend Ashley to any of our friends and would definitely use his services again in the future.

Ashley and his team were very competant in handling the sale of my property. Importantly ,they kept me fully informed of the sale process ,and gave feedback after every open for inspection. They also sent a comprehensive monthly printed report ,covering the prospective buyers positive and negative comments regarding the property. Highly recommended .

What particularly impressed me about Mr Devic was the way he approached the marketing of the property of mine in Mt Eliza, as it had been neglected for some time, due to my absence and was difficult to sell, as I was without funds to do any restoration work. He overcame several unforeseen setbacks, and was able to highlight the best aspects of the property to such a degree that a price above what I expected, was obtained - and one cannot ask for more than that.

Ash made selling my home a breeze. He explained everything clearly, was knowledgeable of the area & market and gave excellent professional service. Ash was available at all times and no question was ever silly. Ash's behind the scene team of Karl & Rebecca were exceptional. Karl even offering to help move on moving day. My home sold in a matter of days but the service continued until I moved 4 months latter. Thanks guys you were terrific.
