Choosing the right agent is difficult, but we're extremely happy that we chose David and his team. His market knowledge is excellent, and was proven to be with a relatively quick sale for our apartment. So would not hesitate to recommend...

My home had been in the family for over 80 years. I would like to thank Wayne for the service he provided in selling my home. He made recommendations, we went with them and the house sold in a timely manner. I found Wayne to be honest, and direct with his feedback. Every time he said he would get back to me he did. I would have no hesitation in recommending Wayne to anyone.

I’ve used David McGuinness to buy and sell two properties with 120% satisfaction. David is a great Agent who knows his stuff. He understands the market and all its foibles. He’s been in the business long enough to know exactly the way to buy or sell your property. His is completely honest and trustworthy and one very special thing for me was - he’s never later ! Never. And, if you leave him a message he’ll get back to you as soon as he can. I now consider David a friend. Just a thoroughly likeable, first class Geelong bloke. A huge thanks to you David !

Jasmin walked into our house and greeted us with a smile and laugh and after speaking with her for 5 mins, we knew she was the agent we could trust with the sale of our house. Jasmin gave us advise on what we needed to do to get the house ready for sale and secure the best buyers. Jasmin knows the area inside out and we achieved a great result with her help. Jasmin tells you what she will do and she follows through on everything she says. 100% would use Jasmin again and i would recommend her to everyone i speak to, you will not be disappointed with Jasmin and the team at McGrath

Wayne was a dream to work with! He guided us through a crazy time in the market to achieve the best outcome for the sale of our parents' home. Wayne as empathetic to our situation, filled us with confidence and informed us every step of the way as to how our auction was shaping up. I would recommend any vendor to engage Wayne when thinking of selling their home. Thanks for a great experience and great outcome, Wayne.

David's knowledge of the local market was exceptional. He was honest about how to prepare our property for sale to achieve the best outcome and prepared a campaign plan that considered a variety of marketing channels and tactics to achieve a wide reach of prospective buyers. His communication throughout the campaign meant that we had a clear understanding of our buyer pool come auction day. His experience as an auctioneer gave us the best possible result on the day.
