David Joe and team at McGrath were wonderful in providing a great service and advice, and achieving a great sales result for us. A personal and caring touch to address any of our concerns throughout our sales campaign was so appreciated. Thank you David and the McGrath team, our local future agent of choice.

David was very accomodating and opened the property multiple times for us to view (even looked after our newborn while we looked around). He was understanding of the current market conditions and knew everything available in the market.

Mergim always kept us informed and was able to source many potential buyers from his extensive contacts during a challenging market. Mergim was flexible, providing his time to suit both potential buyers and vendor. His expertise in the Highton area was instrumental to achieving a sale.

It goes without saying that buying or selling your home is a nerve racking experience. We chose Mergrim as our sales agent through word of mouth and trusting a friend’s recommendation. It was not an easy choice to make as we had lots to chose from, regardless we went with Mergrim as found him to have the proper knowledge of the area , professional approach, understanding of what our property was worth and we seen him as not just another Salesman but someone we could trust to let him carry on and do what he does best. Within a couple of months being on the market we had a buyer and the rest is history . Mergrim and the company McGrath will Definitely be my choice again should we be on the market and lookout for another property . Thanks again

This is not the first time we are selling through Egle. From the get go, Egle has always been sure and positive about selling the property when we had reservations. She has been transparent and honest about the market which is very rare coming from a sales agent. We had seen how the market kept changing but Egle has always been on our side constantly. She was there to give us updates throughout the period. In this volatile market, Egle had never gave up hope. She has used all the resources, even spent out of her own pocket to ensure the property is open for viewing when it was occupied by renters. She knew exactly how the market was performing and used techniques and ideas to match it. Egle even cut short her holiday and opened the property for inspection, which resulted in a fantastic sale. She would always call up with a positive attitude and we trusted her through out the campaign. She was amazing in our previous property sale a year ago and this time round, it didn't fall short. Dealing with Egle has always been a pleasure. We have became friends over the last year and keep in touch outside the campaign. This is all because Egle is a genuine person. She treats all her clients as her own which adds value to her service. She is an exceptional person even to the buyer. She is there to guide them in every step. My husband said, "if Egle is selling the property, then we just don't need to worry about it, we will leave it with her as she knows she what is good for us." We knew she will deliver great results and that's what happened. Thank you so much Egle, this wouldn't have been possible if you weren't there for us every step of the way! We will sell with you again! You are simply fantastic!

Egle (Aggie) had been in contact with us at least once a year for the last 5 years appraising our house. Never pushy, kept us informed and when it was finally time to sell the house, we just knew we could trust Aggie to get us the price we wanted. She kept the buyers and us informed and updated, making sure the sale was staying active and driving towards our selling price. She also put us in touch with the stylist to fit out the property. Super easy for us and a price we’re happy with. Thank you Aggie!

Prior to Jasmin taking over our property it was with another agent for 4 months. In those 4 months we didn’t receive any offers and felt they weren’t interested in selling our property. Once Jasmin took over, things started to look up and we received multiple offers and eventually sold the property in 5 weeks. Jasmin is a wonderful salesperson and is extremely personable as well as being a great communicator. Would highly recommend to our friends and family. Should we decide to sell again in the future, we will be doing so with Jasmin.

We were very fortunate enough to have Jasmin play a role in selling our first home promptly, professionally and effortlessly. Always contactable and approachable, Jasmin explained everything to us in a manner we could understand and digest. Jasmin had exceptional knowledge of the market, and was able to deliver a great outcome for our first home sale. Nothing short of ‘Perfection’!

Wayne made the whole sales experience an absolute delight. Open, honest and thoroughly enjoyable. Constant communication, always quick to reply, professional, accurate market knowledge and no hidden surprises. Auction day was a walk in the park and results amazing. So glad I had Wayne in charge of selling my house. If anyone’s looking to sell their property I would suggest going no further than signing Wayne up to be the man in charge. Thank you Wayne. You were just the best.

Selling the family home of nearly 50 years was an emotional thing for us to do but I knew we'd found the right person when we met Jas. Her energy, enthusiasm and knowledge of Norlane West was evident from the outset and this didn't waiver at all throughout the campaign. Jas is an excellent communicator - providing advice and keeping us up to date at all times. This was super important to us, especially as I live in Melbourne and had limited face-to-face contact with Jas. In a tough market, she managed an excellent outcome in a short space of time. She is very responsive and nothing was too much trouble. I would highly recommend her to anyone that is considering selling.
