Wayne was always very professional with the selling of our property. He new the market well and was able to bring people through that would have an interest in our home making the inspections and sale very easy for us. He always kept us informed throughout the process so there were never any surprises. We highly recommend Wayne for future sellers or buyers in the Geelong region. Thank you for all your efforts Wayne, we wish you all the best with your future endeavours. Daryl & Colleen Turnley

I've been lucky enough to work with Mergim on selling multiple properties in Highton. Mergim truly is a Highton area specialist and this has translated into some fantastic selling results on our properties. Both Mergim and his assistant Leah are always fantastic to work with.

This is the second house Mergim has sold for us and both have been good experiences. Mergim has a deep understanding of the Geelong real estate market and gave us an accurate estimate of the value of our house in both cases. He has a good understanding of people and how to manage relationships harmoniously even when things are not straightforward - in our case this included a tenant, property manager and potential buyers as well as ourselves. I believe all parties to our sale are happy with the outcome.

After meeting Mergim his positive energy made us not to renew our agreement with our first agent. Mergim gave us good ideas and advice which in looking back we should of taken immediately! Also looking back changing agents and going with Mergim was a good move by us! Thanks Mergim!

An absolutely incredible result that Mergim and Leah achieved for our property in Moriac. The advertising campaign was flawless and the whole process was made easy right the way through . Selling a house? This is the team you need.

We recently purchased a home being sold via David. Throughout the process, David was prompt in responding to our questions and more importantly, he didn't have a "salesy" or pushy approach commonly seen in other agents. There were issues at settlement and David was very patient and understanding. Overall, a very pleasant process.

We found Egle to be exceptional in every aspect of the sale of our house. From her knowledge, input and ideas right through to the open days especially the follow up of prospective buyers. We were kept informed the whole time. We could not be any happier and we would highly recommend her.

I'm moving to the Geelong area from interstate and Jasmin helped find the perfect family home! Given I was unable to see it first hand, Jasmin was great in facilitating visits so my extended family could do a video tour with me and take extra photos. Great communication for the purchase process and during settlement.

We were unfortunate to have our auction timed for 4 days after the first interest rate rise in 12 years. Wayne maintained his composure and in some tougher then usual circumstances did the hard work to get our property sold. We valued Wayne’s commitment, integrity and ability to keep positive.
