I rate David highly as his level of service was excellent. He work with the vendor and myself to achieve a satisfactory outcome for both parties. His communication was clear and accurate and, again, the service was exemplary. Thanks David and his able assistant Joseph.

Having watched the local market from behind the scenes for some time, I had an idea of what I was looking for. However, I didn't expect a purchase to happen so quickly. David knew what I was looking for and alerted me to a property I may be interested in. David was flexible and accommodating when arranging a private inspection, which resulted in the seemless, swift purchase of what is now my family's home.
