Selling your family home is always a huge decision and for us we felt comfortable with Jim from our first meeting. He knew his stuff but more than that he really seemed to care, he never rushed us and always answered our questions (there were a lot!) . Jim knows everything about real estate but I am sure a lot of agents do, however he was available, honest regarding expectations, he was always straight with us and he got us well over our dream figure!!
