Egle has a positive can do attitude and did all that she could to achieve a great result for me. She gave me an honest opinion on how best to market my property and listened to my opinions and requests. Together I believe we achieved the best outcome possible. It is important to have an agent that you can talk to and feel comfortable with, Egle certainly filled this brief for me. I would highly recommend Egle if you are selling your property.

I met Jasmin a few years ago when I was looking for my 3rd investment property during an open inspection. Although I did not end up purchasing the property she had listed, her professionalism and attitude stuck with me. Fast forward 3 years, instead of listing my investment property with the current leasing agent, I touched base with Jasmin and didn’t look back. She has an extremely professional attitude and is upfront. She won’t beat around the bush and is completely honest with what she can do for you. My property was sold within the timeframe she said and also for the price I wanted, I was over the moon. The best thing about it was I could leave everything to Jasmin to handle and not have a single worry! I would highly recommend Jasmin for your future sale transactions!

It was a pleasure working with David. Purchasing a property is a big undertaking and during our experience he held the utmost professionalism, but most importantly he remained humble, provided encouragement and made us feel comfortable. His communication was timely throughout each step of the way and this provided us a great deal of reassurance as we navigated through the journey. David provides top-quality service.

David project managed our light renovation in preparation for the marketing campaign. He planned out everything meticulously and then had the property sold within a week of listing. One of the best experiences we have had selling a property.

Jas was very knowledgeable about our area and market conditions. She was super attentive, and was always contactable. She made our sale process very easy, as we were first time sellers and unsure on the process. Would highly recommend Jas and her services, and will definitely be using her again for future selling needs.

Jasmin was an amazing source of knowledge and expertise throughout our journey, from the beginning stages all the way through to finalising our sale. Never once did we feel pressured or overwhelmed, rather we were made to feel like a partner in the process, something which helped ease any uncertainties we may have had. Jasmin and her team at McGrath went above and beyond to ensure we got the best possible outcome.
