Natalie responded quickly during the crazy December period, even working right up until late Christmas Eve to negotiate the sale. She had been helpful throughout the process and is obviously knowledgeable.

Alan demonstrated professionalism, he was very personable and provided a timely and positive outcome for me. I felt reassured that he cared equally for the vendor and buyer’s interests.

The service provided by Elvis during my property purchase was nothing but exceptional. Despite working for the best interest of the vendor (of course), as a purchaser, it never felt that Elvis was misleading or withholding information from me to achieve this. In fact, Elvis helped me every step of the way from the first to final inspection. Highly recommended.

From the moment you make contact with Natalie Visic you feel reassured you have made the right choice. We were selling our apartment in a tough market in Melbourne and we knew we needed to find an agent that understood how to sell a property despite the market climate. Most agents in the past three years haven't had to 'sell' a property as buyers just bought them. However when the market is tough, you need an agent that can navigate through a challenging market with professionalism and resilience without asking you to compromise on your price. Natalie guided us on what our options were and remained flexible throughout our entire campaign. Selling your home is already an emotional time with a lot of stress attached, so don't go with someone who just wants to earn their commission, find an agent like Natalie who will connect with you and remain in constant contact until you achieve an outcome. Lastly, trust in them, they're the experts. Warmest regards Bradford
