I met Peter 6 months prior to placing my property in his hands. During this entire period Peter continued to provide me with market updates and feedback. He is most disciplined and professional. Peter was and at all times most respectful and considerate of my wishes and requirements. I am very happy to endorse and recommend both his services and those of Johny Botsis, his Hudson McHugh colleague.

James was pleasure to deal with. He was pro-active, freindly and promptly replied to our questions, enabling the purchase to proceed smoothly

James is very approachable and understanding of buyers needs and emotions. Doesn’t have that pushy sales attitude that often characterised other agents. He gives you an honest and real opinion, truly cares about his clients and he is really good at building report over time. He knew what we needed and it wasn’t only about the money therefore as soon as the right buyer and deal presented he was quick to close. It took so much stress out of the all experience and we can now relax plan our next step.

David did a great job selling our house. He was easy to deal with, very responsive, able to quell any anxieties on our end, and very focused on the end result. We would recommend David and also use him again.

I recently had the pleasure of working with David on behalf of clients looking to buy in Leichhardt. David and I speak regularly given his extensive local connections and reach within the local market. David is always very professional, eager to service prospective buyers and very good at communicating. This case was no exception and David was great to deal with and throughout the whole campaign was really good to work with. I believe David has a great manner with all the buyers he deals with and in all my dealings has always been super professional on behalf of his vendors. I really enjoy dealing with David and he is genuinely one of the good guys in the industry.

David is relentless, diligent and above all has an exceptional set of values both personally and in how he conducts himself. For over 10 years David would contact me to provide a no pressure update on the Leichhardt market - to me this is a clear sign of a person who doesn't give up and knows the value of a relationship. During our marketing campaign David was clear on the strategy and used a balance of information and his experience to drive the overall decision. If it wasn't for David we would have accepted a lower offer. I can't thank David and the team at Hudson McHugh enough Steen & Diana Brandt

David quietly and efficiently brought interested parties to a pre-market inspection of my property. He was able to negotiate a terrific sale price for my property and spared me the hassle and expense of advertising and opens. I trusted David implicitly after hearing him outline all sales options before me. I relied completely on his expertise with good reason. David gives real estate agents a good name :) Louise Goold

We have known David for a few years, almost buying a property through him when we arrived in Sydney. Two years later, when it was time to sell our Leichhardt home we found David ready and willing to help. He promised to sell our house fir an ambitious amount and he achieved that for us after an off-market then on-market (auction) campaign. Credit to David fir his persistence and determination to help us achieve the result we wanted. His team were great to work with and we’d happily recommend David and Hudson McHugh to any buyer or seller.

Peter was great to deal with. As a purchaser in a crazy market, having an honest and quick to respond real estate agent was excellent. He's been attentive and helpful throughout the process and even went out of his way to show us a property on a Sunday. Thanks Peter!
